For South Africa Student Visa Document List
Important Note: South Africa does not require a visa for stays up to 1 month.
Up to 90 Days Educational Visitor Visa

BI-84 Visa application form

Passport with at least 1 year validity and 30 days more than the expiry date of the visa

2 photos taken in the last 6 months

School acceptance certificate (You must have at least 18 hours of training and your training start and end dates must be specified)

A document containing your accommodation details must be attached.

Flight reservation stating the dates on the acceptance document

Copy of Identity Card

Bank passbooks showing the account movements of the last 3 months or a statement of account movements signed and stamped by the bank (It should be in the amount to cover education, travel and general living expenses)

Written document signed by the person in charge of the child in South Africa for children under the age of 21 who will be traveling on their own.
