SOUTH AFRICA VISA PROCEDURES

For South Africa Student Visa Document List
 
Important Note: South Africa does not require a visa for stays up to 1 month.
Up to 90 Days Educational Visitor Visa

  1.  BI-84 Visa application form

  2. Passport with at least 1 year validity and 30 days more than the expiry date of the visa

  3. 2 photos taken in the last 6 months

  4. School  acceptance certificate (You must have at least 18 hours of training and your training start and end dates must be specified)

  5. A document containing your accommodation details must be attached.

  6. Flight reservation stating the dates on the acceptance document

  7. Copy of Identity Card

  8. Bank passbooks showing the account movements of the last 3 months or a statement of account movements signed and stamped by the bank (It should be in the amount to cover education, travel and general living expenses)

  9. Written document signed by the person in charge of the child in South Africa for children under the age of 21 who will be traveling on their own.

  10. Criminal record

  11. Proof of birth certificate

  12. Diploma from your last school

  13. Student certificate if you are a student

  14. If you have received any language training, it is recommended to add your certificates.

  15. If you are working, 3-month payroll, Your SGK service breakdown for the last 3 months

  16. If you are going on leave from your workplace, workplace permit letter signed by the employer

  17. CV

  18. 36 Euro Visa application fee

  19. 1000 Euro deposit (required as a return guarantee, refundable after returning to Turkey)

 

From 90 Days Long Educational Visa
