AMERICA VISA PROCEDURES

Document List for USA Student Visa
  • Form DS-160: For all non-immigrant visa types, applicants must obtain a certified printout of the electronically filled DS-160 form.

  • A Valid Passport: For the visa page to be printed, you must have a passport with two blank pages, not older than 10 years and valid for 3 months after your return date.

  • Your passports: All your old and new passports are required.

  • Copy of ID: A photocopy of your ID is required.

  • 2 Photographs: Maximum 2 biometric photographs taken within the last 3 months, reflecting the current state of the person, not used in previous passports and visas, and taken on a white background with no retouching or shadows are required.

  • Travel Reservation: You must submit your reservation document of the vehicle you will travel.

  • Proof of Accommodation: You must provide the address and contact information of the place where you plan to stay during your stay in America.

  • Permission Letter: A permission letter to be obtained from the school for students who continue their school.

  • Consent: If a minor or children will travel alone or with a single parent, a notarized consent from both parents or legal guardian is required.

  • If the parents are divorced: The court decision regarding custody must be attached.

  • Student Certificate: Student certificate obtained from the school he/she attended.

  • Photocopy of Parent Visa: Photocopy of valid United States visa of the parents, if available.

  • Letter of Acceptance: An invitation letter from the institution where the applicant will study in the USA, an invoice for the amount of education and an I-20 form are required.

  • Form I-539.

  • SEVIS I-901 payment receipt.

  • Transcript: Transcripts and diplomas from the school they attended.

  • Language Proficiency Score Document: Document showing language proficiency scores from TOEFL, SAT, GRE, GMAT and similar institutions (Required for some student visas only)

  • Sponsor: Financial and professional documents belonging to the person who will cover the expenses. - If you are yourself, those listed in 'Sponsored'.

** Important Note: As of November 1, 2016, photographs taken with glasses are not accepted.

** With the authorization you give to our visa experts, 1.6. and 7. you will not need to prepare the documents, our visa experts will prepare them for you.

 

If the Sponsor is Retired:

  • Sponsor Visa Request Petition (Addressed to the Consulate stating that it will cover all expenses)

  • Photocopy of Pension Card: A copy of the pension registration record obtained via e-government or SGK Registration and Service Document is required.

  • Bank Passbooks: Originals of the Bank Passbooks belonging to the account in which the pension is deposited or a statement of accounts covering the last 3 months are required.

  • Additional Income: If any, rental income, title deed and vehicle license photocopies are required.       

 
If the Sponsor is an Employee with SSK:

  • Visa Request Petition: A letter containing the purpose of travel addressed to the Consulate, written in English on a letterhead and signed by authorized signatories in the company.

  • Photocopy of Activity Certificate: It must cover the last 3 months.

  • Copy of Trade Registry Gazette

  • A copy of the company's signature circular

  • Copy of tax plate

  • Salary Slip: It must be stamped and signed for the last 3 months.

  • SGK Employment Entry Statement: Your employment entry statement must have a barcode. If there is no barcode, wet signature and stamp are required.

  • SGK Service Statement: SGK Service Statement with barcode or wet signature and stamp from SGK is required.

  • Bank Passbooks: Originals of the Sponsor's Bank Passbooks or a statement covering the last 3 months are required.

  • Additional Income: If available, copies of rental income, title deed and vehicle license are required.

 

If the sponsor is the employer:

  • Visa Request Petition: A letter containing the purpose of travel addressed to the Consulate, written in English on a letterhead and signed by authorized signatories in the company.

  • Photocopy of Activity Certificate: It must cover the last 3 months.

  • Copy of Trade Registry Gazette

  • A copy of the company's signature circular

  • Copy of tax plate

  • SGK Service Statement: SGK Service Statement with barcode or wet signature and stamp from SGK is required.

  • Bank Passbooks: Originals of personal Bank Passbooks or a statement covering the last 3 months are required.

  • Additional Income: If available, copies of rental income, title deed and vehicle license are required.

 

If the Sponsor is a Public Employee:

  • Employment Certificate: It must be obtained from the institution to which they are affiliated, with a wet signature and stamp.

  • Institutional Identity Card: A copy of the identity card of the institution you work for is required.

  • Salary Slip: It must be stamped and signed for the last 3 months.

  • Bank Passbooks: Originals of personal Bank Passbooks or a statement covering the last 3 months are required.

  • Additional Income: If available, copies of rental income, title deed and vehicle license are required.
