SPAIN VISATION PROCEDURES

For Spain Student Visa Document List
​

  • Passport. For Spain visa application, your passport must not be older than 10 years and its validity date must be 6 months after your return date. In addition, there must be 2 blank pages in the issuance of the visa.

​

  • Spain visa application form.

​

  • Originals of previous passports, if any.

​

  • Copy of identity card. (TC ID number written)

​

  • 2 biometric photographs. (It is very important that the photo is biometric. It is 35 x 45 mm, the background is white and your facial features are clearly visible. It is important that you can see your facial features clearly. photo Another important detail is that it reflects the last 6 months.)

​

  • Travel Health Insurance Policy (Can be provided by us.)

​

  • Accommodation and transportation information you will use on your trip to Spain. In particular, the documents must contain the PNR code. If your reservation appears to be expired or inactive, no action will be taken. (It is done by us.)

​

  • Bank account transactions. (Make sure that there is a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the application result. In addition, the signature statement of the authorized person who signed the documents you received from the bank is mandatory.)

  • In divorced families, if the mother is the person who covers the travel expenses to Spain, the divorce decision and the current certificate of birth certificate  must be attached.

  • If the person applying for a Spain Visa is under the age of 18, a notarized consent letter from the parents. (Original and photocopy. Apart from that, in the explanation part of the document received, who will the student who wants to get a visa go, on what date, and the identity information of the person to be visited, It is important to write the name of Spain as the destination country.)

  • Student Certificate. (New Date)

​

  • Identity registration sample with full certificate (Barcode printout is required if obtained from E-Government.)

​

  • Documents required from people who will sponsor the trip to Spain. (If you are yourself, documents in 'Sponsored' according to your job situation)

** If you are going to obtain a Spanish visa for visiting family or friends, the original invitation to be sent by your relative in Spain. Along with the invitation, there should be your relative's address, phone numbers, residence documents and identity information.

Consulates have the right to request additional documents. If the surname has changed, the passports have to be renewed. Children under the age of 12 do not need to provide fingerprints.People with green, gray and diplomatic passports can travel without a visa for a maximum of 90 days.

If the Sponsor is Retired:

​

  • A petition with a wet signature in which you will write your purpose of going to the country you want to obtain a visa for, and the dates of departure and return.

  • Bank Account Transactions. (Make sure that there is a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the result of the application. In addition, the signature statement of the authorized person who signed the documents you received from the bank is mandatory.)

  • Document showing your pension. (Your bank statement of your pension account or your pension card)

   

If the Sponsor is an Employee with SSK:

​

  • A petition from the workplace you have worked, filled on letterhead, showing your purpose of travel and the dates of your return trip. Wet must be signed and stamped.

  • Payroll. (Last Three Months)

  • Bank Account Transactions. (Make sure that there is a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the result of the application. In addition, the signature statement of the authorized person who signed the documents you received from the bank is mandatory.)

  • Visa Request Petition, stamped and signed by the Company's Authorized Signatory. (Employer's letter)

  • SGK Recruitment Certificate and SGK Service Document. (In case the person who applied for the visa did not work at the last place of employment, if the working period does not exceed 1 year, a certificate of employment should be requested from the previous workplace.)

  • Original Certificate of Activity. (Last Three Months Date)

  • Tax Certificate Copy. (Last Term)

  • Copy of Official Gazette Announcement. (Trade Registry Gazette)

  • Copy of Signature Circular. (Not Expired)

  • A copy of the birth certificate. (Family society paper. Barcode is required if obtained from e-Government.)

If the sponsor is the employer:

​

  • A letter on a letterhead of your company stating the start and end dates of your trip to Spain, the purpose of your visit. Wet must be signed and stamped.

  • Bank Account Transactions. (Make sure that there is a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the result of the application. In addition, the signature statement of the authorized person who signed the documents you received from the bank is mandatory.)

  • Copy of Official Gazette Announcement. (Trade Registry Gazette)

  • Copy of Signature Circular. (Not Expired)

  • Tax Certificate Copy. (Last Term)

  • Original Certificate of Activity. (Last Three Months Date)

  • A copy of the birth certificate. (Family society paper. Barcode is required if obtained from e-Government.)

If Sponsor Kamu Employee:

​

  • Bank Account Transactions. (Make sure that there is a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the result of the application. In addition, the signature statement of the authorized person who signed the documents you received from the bank is mandatory.)

  • Stamped and signed payslip for the last 3 months. 

  • Photocopies of title deeds or vehicle licenses, if any, belonging to public personnel who want to obtain a Spanish visa.

  • A stamped and signed document stating your duty, purpose of travel, and leave dates from the institution you are affiliated with.

  • SSI Recruitment Certificate and SSI Service Document (Spain Visa If the Applicant's Last Worked, If the Working Period Does Not Exceed 1 Year, the Document Must Be Requested from the Previous Workplace)

  • If you are affiliated with the pension fund, a letter must be obtained from the institution.

  • Copy of identity card.

  • Proof of birth certificate to be obtained from the civil registration offices for the Spain visa application. (Spouse, child, mother, father individuals must be added.)
