For Ireland Student Visa Document List

If the Sponsor is an Employee with SSK:

• A petition from the workplace you have worked, filled on letterhead, showing your purpose of travel and return dates. Islak must be signed, stamped and in English.

• Payroll. (Last Three Months)

• Bank Account Transactions. ( Take care to have a minimum balance of 5000 TL available. Accounts to be shown as high as possible will have a positive effect on the result of the application. • Visa Request Petition, stamped and signed by the Company's Authorized Signatory. (Employer's letter)

• SSI Recruitment Certificate and SGK Service Document. (In case the person applying for the visa did not work at the last place of employment, if the working period does not exceed 1 year, a Certificate of Employment should be requested from the previous workplace.)

• Original Certificate of Activity. (Last Three Months Date)

• Tax Certificate Copy. (Last Term)

• Copy of Official Gazette Announcement. (Trade Registry Gazette)

• Copy of Signature Circular. (Not Expired)

• A copy of the birth certificate. (Family society paper. Barcode is required if obtained from e-Government.)

 

If the sponsor is the employer:

• A letter on a letterhead of your company stating the start and end dates of your trip to Ireland, the purpose of your visit. Islak should be signed, stamped and in English.

• Stamped and signed payslip for the last 3 months. 

• Photocopies of title deeds or vehicle licenses, if any, belonging to public personnel who want to obtain an Irish visa.

• A stamped and signed document filled in English from the institution you are affiliated with, stating your mission, purpose of travel, and leave dates.

• SSI Recruitment Certificate and SSI Service Document (In case the person applying for an Irish visa did not work at the last place of employment, if the working period does not exceed 1 year, a certificate of employment should be requested from the previous workplace.)

• If you are affiliated with the pension fund, a letter must be obtained from the institution.

• Copy of identity card.
