Issuing a Passport

Passport application must be made in person, regardless of age. As of April 2, 2018, passport applications are made to the Population Directorates. After depositing the passport fee online or in banks and making a passport appointment online or by phone, it is sufficient to go to the population directorates with 2 biometric photos and your TR Identity Card. In the Population Directorates, first, biometric data transactions are provided, then biometric photos and signatures are requested.
